Chrome plating and its features

CK55 hard chrome plating is an electrolytic process utilizing a chromic acid-based electrolyte.it’s extremely hard, with typical values of 850 – 1050 HV. furthermore, Chrome plating on steel can help with the disadvantages of steel, for example, lower resistance to corrosion, and else. So, Chrome plated rod with enhanced surface hardness and increased resistance to corrosion provided by the chrome plating. However, that depends on Steel used and the Grades worked with ( CK45 / 080M46 / C45 / S45C / 1045 and hardened chrome C45E, 20MnV6, 38MnVS6, E42CrMo4

Hardened chrome Applications :
